The acceptance of this contractual document, which governs the contraction of services through the website implies that the user has read and understood the conditions presented here. Moreover, that the user possesses the necessary capacity to contract the services and take on the obligations in this document.

Equally, the supplier reserves the right to modify the conditions of use of the website without it affecting the assets, goods or offers acquired previous to the modification. For this reason it is the user’s responsibility to periodically read the conditions existing at the momento of using the website or those that will be applied on acceptance of the contract.


This document regulates the contract of sale between the user and the supplier at the moment in which the user accepts the contraction process online in the corresponding box.

The contract of sale includes the delivery, in exchange for a publicly declared price, of a particular product or service


The contract procedure can only be carried out in the Spanish language. In the case of it taking place in any other language, it will be indicated before the contractual process.

Making an order implies complete and unconditional acceptance of the general conditions of sale. Therefore, the purchaser will not impose different conditions on the seller, other than those that have been expressly accepted, independently of when they are brought to their attention.

In agreement with article 27 de la Ley 34/2002 de Servicios de la Sociedad de la Información y del Comercio Electrónico, the contract prodedure will follow the subsequent steps:

  1. Order Processing
    Once the process of selecting items is finalised, the process passes to confirmation of the order. This confirmation makes the agreement between both parties complete.
  2. Shopping Basket
    The ítems the user wishes to acquire have to be selected and added to the basket through a click on the corresponding icon.

In all cases the platform of contracting of the supplier will inform the user, once the contract procedure is finalised, by email regarding all the characteristics, price, means of transport, contract date and estimated delivery date of the product or service contracted.

The products which appear on the website are offered in real time, that is to say that all the products are available in our warehouses. In the case of any product being out of stock, the client can reserve an order either by calling us or by writing to us at  If the client has already made the payment and there is not sufficient stock to make the delivery, Bodegas Volver will contact the client and return the payment.


Shipping will take place once payment has been confirmed and will be sent with Seur 24-48 hours in the Peninsula and Balearics up to 72 working hours. Los pedidos confirmados saldrán al día siguiente y transferencia una vez abonada en cuenta.

Delivery of the order will be made to the address chosen and designated by the user. Thus the supplier assumes no responsibility when delivery does not occur as a result of the information provided being false, inaccurate or incomplete or when the delivery cannot take place due to events outside the company´s control such as the absence of the recipient.

If any deterioration or defect in the package received is detected, it must be made known before the shipment is signed for. Once the package is opened the recipient must check that the condition of the merchandise is correct, anything to the contrary must be communicated to us in a period of 24 hours of receiving the shipment. Bodegas Volver takes no responsibility, under any circumstance, if the previously mentioned warnings are not fulfilled.

If for any reason we cannot fulfill the delivery date we will inform you of the circumstances and give you the option to continue with the purchase with a new date or cancel the order with full reimbursement of the amount paid.


Shipping costs are included in the mínimum order.


The prices indicated with respect to each product include the legally established IVA. Nonetheless, said costs, except when they expressly indicate the contrary, do not include shipping costs, handling, packaging, shipping insurance or any other kind of additional services and annexes to the product  or service acquired. These amounts will be added to the basket at the end of the purchase when transport can be related to the total weight of the order.

The prices applicable to each product will be published on the website and automatically applied through the contract process in the final stage of the same. The client understands that in all cases the economic value of some products can vary in real time. In any case, it will always be previously communicated to the user.

If an error is discovered in the purchase price of a product that you ordered, inform us as quickly as posible so that we can reconfirm the order or cancel it.


Only payments via credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard) or bank transfer are accepted.

Payment via bank transfer does not incur any additional cost.

All payments made to the supplier will be issued with an invoice in the name of the registered user. Said invoice will be automatically sent to the email address provided by the user, as well as sent with the product purchased.

In agreement with the applicable regulation, the consumer may cancel the contract within a period of 7 calendar days from the date of delivery of the order.

After a period of 7 days, Bodegas Volver will not accept returns.

Returns will not be accepted if it has not been previously communicated to us by the user.

The right to cancel may be exercised in any form admitted by law when it has been validly carried out through previous communication with us. Returns will not be accepted if you have not contacted Bodegas Volver.

The direct costs involved in returning the goods will be paid for by the client, with the shipping costs paid by the client not being subject to refund.

Returns will not be accepted if the packaging of the product and the labels are not the original or if they are not found to be in perfect condition. Do not use seals or adhesive tape on them.

Once the merchandise has been reviewed, the purchase price amount will be returned within a maximum period of 7 days from receipt of the returned merchandise.


This contract is governed by applicable Spanish legislation. The parties agree to submit to the judgement of any dispute, conflict or claim derived from this contract in the courts and tribunals where the company is resident since that is the place where the contract was agreed and the services subject to the contract were supplied.

The copying, reproduction, adaptation, modification, distribution, commercialisation, public communication or any other infraction related to the contents, design and programming of the Bodegas Volver website remains strictly prohibited.
